Share the fun with Joy-Con controllers
Nintendo Switch has a controller on each side of the console that function together, called the Joy-Con. These Joy-Con controllers feature motion control and HD rumble which puts you right in the game. If you attach the two Joy-Con to the Joy-Con grip, it will work like a traditional controller, and without the grip they work as two individual, fully-functioning controllers. Hand one of the Joy-Con controllers to a friend for multiplayer fun.
Know what the kids are playing
As a parent, it's not always easy to keep an eye on your children's time spent with entertainment devices. The Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app is a free smart device app which you can link with Nintendo Switch to easily monitor what and how your children are playing. With the app, you can easily monitor what your child is playing and for how long, set time limits for play, or even restrict your child's access to only play age-appropriate games. If you do not have a smart device you can also set certain restrictions on your Nintendo Switch directly.
